How it works

How to sell tickets for your event.

From your first sign-in to the last scan at the door: publish an event page, sell QR tickets online and follow every sale. Your email and organizer name are enough to start.

01

Verify your email

Enter your email and open the secure link we send you. There is no password to remember: every sign-in uses a fresh link that expires after 15 minutes.

02

Name your organizer

Add your name and the brand, collective or venue you represent. This becomes your public organizer profile. Company details are private and can be completed later.

03

Build your event page

Work through four sections: Basic (title, date, venue), Lineup (artists linked to their profiles), Details (description, age policy, location rules) and Promotional (poster and artwork). Save a draft and come back whenever you like.

04

Set your ticket types

Add each ticket type with its price, stock and sale window, for example Early Bird, General Access and Last Days. A ticket type can include several tickets per purchase for group bundles such as 2+1.

05

Publish and share

Publish the event when the page is complete. It appears on your organizer profile, in the event directory and on the city and genre pages, and buyers can pay by card, Revolut Pay or another available wallet.

06

Run the door and follow sales

Buyers receive QR tickets by email. At the entrance your team scans them from a phone, and the portal shows sales, card fees and check-ins for each event.

07

Complete company and payout details

Before ticket revenue is settled, add your company, tax ID (CUI) and the IBAN we pay into. Your file is reviewed once and then locked for your protection.

Launch checklist

Prepare this information once and your event can go on sale the same day. Sensitive company documents are uploaded only inside your private account, never through a public form. This is a preparation tool, not legal or tax advice.
