Consumer support

ANPC & alternative dispute resolution.

Understand the difference between contacting Euphoria, submitting a general ANPC complaint and using Romania's SAL alternative dispute resolution process.

Before you submit

Keep the route clear.

Prepare the same evidence at every stage so your request can be understood quickly.

01

Contact us first

Use the Contact page and include your order reference, event, checkout email and a clear description. Never publish or attach an exposed QR code unless our secure support flow asks for it.

02

Keep the evidence

Retain the order confirmation, ticket details, payment documents and previous correspondence. ANPC may ask for evidence that you first tried to resolve the issue directly.

03

Choose the correct ANPC route

SAL and a general consumer complaint are different services. Use the official descriptions below to select the route that fits your case.

What SAL means

An amicable route outside court.

Alternative Dispute Resolution, known in Romania as SAL, gives eligible consumers a way to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with a trader without immediately going to court.

Under ANPC's current procedure, SAL is free of charge and voluntary. The written procedure is conducted in Romanian, ANPC decides whether a request is eligible, and the trader must accept participation before the procedure continues.

Using SAL does not remove your right to seek a remedy through the courts.

Cross-border disputes

Consumer support across the EU.

For a cross-border EU or EEA dispute, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence or use the European Commission's current Consumer Redress directory.

The former EU ODR platform is closed.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. Use the current Consumer Redress directory instead.

Read the European Commission notice

Information reviewed on 7 August 2026. Official external services and eligibility rules may change; always rely on the current ANPC or European Commission page when submitting a request.
