Platform Terms of Use
Rules for discovering events, using an account, placing an order, making payment, receiving an electronic ticket, obtaining support, and using the service safely.
1. Document status and the identity of the parties
These terms govern use of the website, customer account, ordering, ticket recovery, and support flows. They must be read together with the information and conditions published for each event.
Technical operator of the platform: ART STUDIOS MANAGEMENT S.R.L., Tax ID (CUI) 53262231, trade register number J2026002109006, registered in Romania, legal email address management@euphorictickets.ro.
2. Definitions and applicable documents
In the event of any discrepancy, the special conditions clearly communicated for the event supplement these terms without limiting consumers' mandatory rights. The seller's identity and the total price must be visible before the order is placed.
- Platform: the Euphoric Tickets online service and its technical components.
- Organizer: the professional identified for each event and responsible for providing admission.
- Buyer: the person who places the order and pays the price.
- Attendee: the person who uses the ticket for admission, if different from the buyer.
- PSP: the authorized provider that processes the payment and, where applicable, the refund.
- Event Conditions: the event page, admission rules, cancellation policy, and specific pre-contractual information.
3. Eligibility, account, and security
- The user must provide accurate information and use an email address under their control.
- Authentication links and QR tickets are confidential and must not be published or shared with unauthorized persons.
- Abusive automated activity, attempted fraud, unauthorized resale, and circumvention of technical limits are prohibited.
- The platform may temporarily restrict access to protect an account, investigate fraud, or comply with a legal obligation, with notice appropriate to the circumstances.
4. The event and admission contract
The contract for attendance at the event is concluded between the buyer and the organizer identified on the event page and ticket. The platform does not automatically become the organizer, producer, or guarantor that the event will take place.
Before payment, the principal characteristics must be presented: date, time, venue or secret-location rule, ticket category, total price, age restrictions, admission rules, and the policy applicable to changes.
- For a secret-location concept, the area, timing, and channel of disclosure must be communicated, together with the consequences of a material change.
- A change to the venue, date, schedule, or essential elements may generate a new version of the information and require notice to buyers.
- The organizer's legal identity may not be concealed through the use of a trading name.
5. Order, payment, and electronic ticket
- Each code may be validated according to the admission rule, and its history may include issuance, reissuance, cancellation, and scanning.
- An order may be refused or cancelled before issuance where payment is not confirmed, inventory is no longer available, or there are serious indications of fraud.
- Tax documents are issued by the party designated under the legal and tax flow applicable to the event.
- The buyer selects the available category and quantity and reviews the order summary.
- The final button explicitly indicates the obligation to pay, and the total price is displayed before confirmation.
- The PSP authorizes and processes payment in accordance with its own terms and anti-fraud controls.
- Following eligible confirmation of payment, the system issues one or more electronic tickets with a unique identifier and code.
- The ticket is an admission document and evidence of the order; it is not automatically a tax invoice.
6. Admission, checks, and conduct
- The attendee must comply with the admission window, minimum age, identification requirements, and rules communicated before purchase.
- The first valid check of the code may mark the ticket as used; duplicating or publishing the code may prevent legitimate admission.
- The organizer is responsible for capacity, security, staff, entry rules, and the lawful, proportionate, and non-discriminatory application of restrictions.
- Denial of entry for a clear and lawful breach of the rules may not give rise to a refund; a denial attributable to the organizer is assessed separately.
7. Cancellation, postponement, and refund
For leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, the 14-day right of withdrawal may be excluded under Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. This exception does not remove the buyer's rights where the event is cancelled or not performed.
The full refund policy distinguishes between a change of mind, final cancellation, postponement, a material change, and denial of entry. The organizer approves and funds the amounts due, while the platform and PSP may process the refund technically.
8. Service availability and protective measures
The platform seeks to maintain the availability and integrity of the service, but maintenance, communications incidents, provider outages, or force majeure events may occur. Reasonable continuity, recovery, and notification measures are applied according to the incident.
The platform may suspend sales, issuance, an account, or operational access where necessary to protect buyers, prevent fraud, comply with a legal request, or remedy a critical error.
9. Intellectual property and content
- The platform's interface, trademark, and proprietary components may not be copied or exploited without authorization.
- Event materials are provided by the organizer or its partners, who must hold the necessary rights.
- Content believed to be illegal or unauthorized may be reported through the published contact channel.
- The removal or restriction of content is documented and reasoned where required by the applicable framework.
10. Liability, complaints, and dispute resolution
Liability for a technical error by the platform is separate from the organizer's liability for the event, venue, artists, permits, capacity, and performance of the admission service. No limitation affects rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
A complaint must include the event, the address used for the order, and the order reference, without publishing the QR code. Complaints can be submitted through the Contact page. If the issue remains unresolved, the current ANPC complaint and SAL alternative dispute resolution routes are explained at /support/anpc-sal.
11. Personal data, versions, and updates
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, and storage technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Communications concerning an order, ticket, admission, cancellation, or security are operational and are not automatically treated as marketing.
The accepted version may be recorded with a date, identifier, and content fingerprint. Material changes are communicated and, where necessary, a new confirmation is requested.
