Plan your festival visit: tickets, timetable and entry
A festival plan works best when the music you want to hear, the time you will arrive and the access included with your ticket all line up. Use this checklist alongside the festival's current event page.
Match the ticket to the days you want to attend
Read the full description of each ticket before choosing it. Check the included days, entry hours and areas, as well as any conditions attached to a particular release. For group options, check how many admissions the selection includes before completing the order.
Use the event page for the current ticket options and availability. A programme can include different activities or sessions, so check their published access details too. If you are planning for Euphoric Festival, start with its event page to compare the available options against the programme you want to see.
Read the day, stage and time together
For each set you want to catch, note the programme day, stage and start time. Overnight timetables can cross midnight: a set at 03:00 in Saturday's overnight programme takes place early on Sunday. Keep that distinction in mind when arranging transport or comparing a set with your ticket's access window.
Leave time to arrive, enter and move between stages. Reopen the event page before travelling so that your plan reflects the latest published running order. The artist directory is useful for listening beforehand; the event timetable is the place to confirm the performance slot.
Check the location and keep your QR ready
Check the final venue information, age policy and entry instructions before leaving. For a location announced privately, follow the organizer's release instructions and keep access to the email used for your order.
After checkout, look for the QR ticket email and check Spam or Promotions if it is missing. Open your ticket before reaching the entrance and keep your screen readable for scanning. If you need to recover it, use the same email address you entered at checkout. Keep the QR private: it is your access credential, not something to post with your festival plans.
