Techno and raves in Bucharest: venues and nights
Bucharest's underground nights move between clubs, a converted industrial space and addresses you only learn after buying a ticket. This guide draws on the Euphoria Underground archive since December 2023 to show where the nights happen, which formats come back and what to expect when you go.
Where the nights happen
Katakomba hosted the very first Euphoria night, The Red Rave C/:01, on 9 December 2023, and The Red Rave returned there for an all-night-long edition in July 2024. NJOY became a regular home from October 2024: a Secret Location Rave edition, The Red Rave – Techno Session, the Open Deck nights of September 2025, Digital Spirits and Minimal Gathering all took place there, and the three-night Trick or Treat Beat Halloween party in 2025 ran across NJOY and Katakomba.
FORGE opened a new chapter with Machine Rooms #1 in June 2026 and is the home of Euphoric Festival in October 2026. Nether hosted 140 Reasons + by musicronicles in August 2026, and Blindspot*Club is the venue for Zenyth X Euphoria on 10 October 2026. Each venue page lists what is coming up there and what has already happened.
The nights that keep coming back
The Red Rave is where Euphoria began. Secret Location Rave is the collective's signature format: a proper venue and sound system at an address kept secret until close to the night, with editions since May 2024 and the eighth on 6 November 2026. Techno Session is a tighter club night built around a short list of DJs, such as Techno Session #9 with Radox, Thomas Rob, Kanghu and Carmen in January 2026.
Other formats explore different sounds: Open Deck nights, Minimal Gathering for the minimal crowd, Digital Spirits, and Machine Rooms at FORGE. Collaborations bring in partners too, from the Halloween weekend with Katakomba, LUNAtech Sound, Republika Verde and NJOY to Secret Location Rave #6 with Tactik.
What to expect on the night
Club nights usually start at 23:00 and run until morning, most often to 06:00. Some editions go much longer: Secret Location Rave #6 was listed until midday and Secret Location Rave #5 until the following evening. Check the times on the event page and, for a festival or multi-room night, the running order with the day, stage and time of every set.
Euphoria events are 18+, so bring a valid ID. The music centres on techno and its harder and deeper edges, from industrial and minimal to schranz, hardstyle and gabber, and the lineup on each event page tells you which. Keep your QR ticket ready at the door: it is scanned once.
Get tickets before the release moves on
Tickets are sold in releases, and a price can rise when a release sells out or its sale window closes, so the earliest tickets are usually the cheapest. The event page always shows what is on sale now and the price you will pay.
For a secret location, the event page shows the area and the exact address reaches ticket holders by email closer to the night. Buy with an email address you will check on the day.
