Organizer Compliance Declaration
Declarations concerning data accuracy, rights, permits, tax matters and the continuing duty to update information.
1. Signatory capacity and entity status
- The signatory holds the office and authority necessary to bind the entity.
- The entity is active, and the information, documents, and declarations provided are accurate and complete.
- The IBAN belongs to the entity or approved structure, and the beneficial owner has been disclosed.
- Any material change will be notified without delay.
2. Organizer and seller of admission
The entity declares that it is the organizer and seller of the admission service for events approved in its name. The platform is authorized to list and issue tickets within the limits of the agreement without assuming liability for the operation of the event.
A separate legal and tax record is completed for each event, and the identity displayed publicly is confirmed.
3. Venue, capacity, and permits
- A valid right to use the venue and the necessary owner consent exist.
- The lawful capacity is documented and is not exceeded by total inventory, including complimentary tickets and external allocations.
- Approvals and permits applicable to the venue, public domain, fire safety, security, medical services, noise, and temporary structures have been obtained.
- Alcohol, food service, special effects, and other regulated activities are operated by authorized persons and with the necessary controls.
- Documents due at a later date have an owner, deadline, and tracked status.
4. Accuracy of public information
- The name, description, date, times, venue, or secret-location rule is accurate.
- Categories, quantities, total price, per-customer limits, and the close of sales are approved.
- The minimum age, admission of minors, exit and re-entry rules, prohibited items, and rules of conduct are displayed clearly.
- Accessibility conditions, designated places, and companion facilities are described for the event.
- Material changes are communicated immediately and are not concealed through ambiguous wording.
5. Taxation and sales documents
The organizer confirms that the treatment of VAT, entertainment tax, cultural levies, TMI, special contributions, and copyright has been assessed for the event and locality.
The accountant approves the tax configuration, ticket series and reporting, invoicing, and the applicable RO e-Factura flow. The platform may provide reports, but obligations are not transferred implicitly.
6. Consumers, cancellation, and refunds
- Pre-contractual information and the total price are provided before payment.
- The policy distinguishes a change of mind from cancellation, postponement, material change, and non-performance.
- The organizer fully funds refunds that are due and cooperates in processing them through the PSP.
- Any service fee charged to the consumer has its nature and refund treatment explained.
- The complaints channel and alternative dispute resolution information are displayed and kept current.
7. Copyright, artists, and materials
- The entity holds the necessary rights to the names, images, logos, posters, videos, and submitted materials.
- Permission exists to use the artists' names and images through the agreed media.
- Licenses for communication to the public, phonograms, performers, and audiovisual content have been obtained as applicable.
- The artist agreement is not automatically treated as a substitute for all collective licenses.
- The organizer immediately reports any rights claim and cooperates in removing or defending the material.
8. Safety, minors, and accessibility
- Evacuation, security, first-aid, and emergency plans and 24/7 contacts are appropriate to the risk.
- Events restricted to persons aged 18 or over and conditions for minors are labeled and verified at entry.
- Rules concerning alcohol, tobacco or nicotine, and explicit content are communicated and enforced.
- Complimentary or reduced-price tickets, accessible places, and companion admission are configured where applicable.
- An alternative channel exists for support and admission incidents.
9. Incidents and material changes
- The organizer immediately informs the platform of a cancellation risk, missing permit, or change of venue, schedule, or line-up.
- A written instruction, public message, refund window, and source of funds are approved.
- Sales and settlement may be suspended to limit risk.
- Customers are informed through available channels, and tax documents and reports are updated.
- The incident file, decisions, and communications are retained for audit.
10. Verification and consequences of false declarations
The platform may verify documents and declarations through official sources, the PSP, authorized providers, and proportionate additional requests. False information, altered documents, missing permits, or failure to fund refunds may lead to rejection, suspension, delisting, withholding of settlement, termination, and damages within the limits of the agreement and law.
General acceptance does not replace the declaration for each event. The date, signatory identity, version, and document fingerprint must be retained as evidence.
